Identifi, the leading independent provider of workflow automation and document management software for banks and credit unions, announced 16 new customers signed in the first half of 2026.
Why banks and credit unions are making the move
Manual document tracking tends to break down the same way everywhere, no matter what system sits underneath it. Files get scanned but never indexed. Signatures go unchecked until an audit catches them. By the time anyone notices, it’s a bigger fix than it should be.
“What we hear most is that institutions want to move faster without stretching their teams thinner,” said Shane Asbel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Identifi. “We see it on Fiserv, on Jack Henry, on Corelation, on COCC, it doesn’t matter which. For some, that’s keeping pace with bigger competitors who already have this kind of technology. For others, it’s just getting documents in front of the right person without three people chasing down a file first. Either way, a connected platform gives a five-person team the same speed and visibility as an institution with fifty.”
The modules customers are adopting point to where the pressure actually is. Repository and Workflow Enterprise give staff one place to find and move documents instead of tracking them across systems by hand. Electronic Signature cuts the time it takes to close out a file. And for the institutions layering in AI Signature Detection and Links/Alerts, the platform is now catching a missing signature or a stalled document before it turns into a problem, work that used to fall on a person to notice.
None of it requires switching cores first. Identifi connects to what’s already running, from Corelation and COCC to Fiserv DNA, Jack Henry SilverLake, and CGI, so the fix layers onto the system already in place.

Growth isn’t only about who’s new. Sunrise Credit Union in Manitoba, a $2 billion institution serving more than 35,000 members across 19 branches, shows what one implementation can turn into. The relationship started when Sunrise’s core provider sunset its ERM system with almost no warning, and Identifi stepped in to replace it.
That first project went smoothly enough that CIO Kelly Scott asked, almost as an afterthought, whether Identifi handled statement services too. Identifi didn’t, not yet. It built the capability, came back a year later, and won the business. This year, the relationship expanded a third time: Sunrise added Repository, Workflow, and Track as it moves its full document environment onto Identifi’s platform, replacing a legacy system that had reached end of support. “What they say they do, they absolutely do,” Scott said.
“What matters isn’t how many institutions signed this year. It’s why they signed,” said Kaushal Pandya, Chief Executive Officer of Identifi. “Sunrise came to us to replace one system that had failed them, and three projects later they’re moving their entire document environment onto our platform. That doesn’t happen because of a good sales conversation. It happens because the team behind the platform keeps proving it out, one project at a time. Our growth so far in 2026 says less about the count and more about what these institutions are actually getting out of working with us.”
Sixteen new institutions and a customer three projects deep tell the same story from two different angles: banks and credit unions aren’t just buying a platform, they’re building a relationship they plan to keep coming back to.
