Eve, the legal AI platform for plaintiff law firms, today announced that the number of cases managed on its platform has grown roughly 75% since June, surpassing 350,000 cases across nearly 2,000 plaintiff law firms and 15,000 legal professionals as of the end of September.
More than 50,000 of those cases have already closed, resulting in more than $3.5 billion in settlements and judgments.
The growth comes as plaintiff firms face more demand than they can take on. Every case requires upfront work before a firm is paid, so firms turn people away. Firms on Eve are using it to take on more of those cases.
“Every plaintiff firm hits the same wall: the more cases you take on, the harder the firm is to run,” said Jay Madheswaran, CEO and co-founder of Eve. “Eve changes that. Attorneys stay in control of strategy and judgment while Eve handles much of the work around them. Attorneys lead the strategy, Eve does the heavy lifting, and more people get represented.”
While much of legal AI has been built for corporate law firms, Eve built its business around plaintiff firms — the lawyers who represent people against insurers, employers, and institutions. Eve is designed around how those firms actually make money.
Firms on Eve are taking on more cases, winning bigger outcomes, and moving faster.
- More capacity: Spiros Law tripled the number of cases it could review and move toward settlement.
- More value per case: In June, a Ricci Law Firm trial team used Eve to help secure a $101 million verdict in North Carolina, believed to be the largest personal injury verdict in the state’s history.
- Faster results: Earley Law Group estimates it has cut up to two months from its 14-month average case timeline.
Eve is scaling alongside its clients:
- Nearly 2,000 firms: Eve now supports nearly 2,000 plaintiff law firms, up from more than 1,400 at the EveOS launch in June.
- A growing team: Eve has grown to 275 employees, up nearly 40% since June, with plans to double its Bay Area headcount by spring.
- A growing community: The Tort Report, Eve’s weekly newsletter for plaintiff trial lawyers, covers verdicts, trial strategy, and firm growth and now has more than 1,000 subscribers.
“By leveraging Eve, we were able to more than triple the revenue of our firm with only adding about 50% more personnel. That’s something that I don’t think we would have been able to do without Eve,” said Manny Starr, managing partner of Frontier Law Center, a California-based plaintiff-side employment law firm recognized for its pioneering use of artificial intelligence.
Since launching in June and becoming generally available in August, EveOS has expanded beyond individual legal tasks to take on more of the day-to-day work of running a plaintiff firm.
With Eve Analyst, firm leaders can ask questions such as how revenue is pacing or which attorneys are at capacity, and get a live dashboard back. Jenny, Eve’s voice agent, can answer intake calls around the clock, qualify prospective clients and help sign a new client before the call ends.
These features draw from a shared case file that automatically incorporates records, bills, transcripts, filings, and messages, reducing manual data entry. The firm’s data stays portable and is never locked inside Eve. Attorneys review and approve every decision that requires legal judgment.
“Every plaintiff case is David versus Goliath. Eve is what happens when David gets AI,” said David Haber, general partner at Andreessen Horowitz. “The side that has always been outmatched on resources can take more cases and work each one harder — and behind every one of those cases is a person who gets represented instead of turned away.”
Eve raised $103 million in Series B funding in 2025 at a valuation of more than $1 billion, led by Spark Capital with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Menlo Ventures.
