Tambr Partners (“Tambr”), a family office located in New York City, has secured a majority stake in Pressure Point Roofing (“PPR”) through its holding entity, Pacific Northwest Roofing Services. Headquartered in Central Point, Oregon, Pressure Point Roofing is recognized as a leading provider in both commercial and residential roofing, delivering extensive re-roofing, repair, and maintenance services throughout Oregon, Northern California, and Southwest Washington.

Established in 1989 and taken over in 2008 by Matt Stone, who serves as President & CEO, PPR has earned a reputation for its commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and reliable service to a diverse clientele. Matt Stone and Brian Fisher, Vice President & COO, will continue to steer the company alongside their dedicated workforce, retaining significant ownership in the enterprise. This partnership with Tambr is set to enhance PPR’s growth strategies and establish a solid groundwork for future regional expansion across the Pacific Northwest.
