Tambr Partners (“Tambr”), a family office located in New York City, has secured a majority stake in Pressure Point Roofing (“PPR”) through its holding company, Pacific Northwest Roofing Services. Pressure Point Roofing, situated in Central Point, Oregon, is recognized as a leading provider in both commercial and residential roofing, delivering extensive re-roofing, repair, and maintenance services throughout Oregon, Northern California, and Southwest Washington.

Established in 1989 and taken over in 2008 by Matt Stone, who serves as President & CEO, PPR has earned its reputation through a commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and reliable service for a diverse clientele. Matt Stone and Brian Fisher, the Vice President & COO, will continue to guide the company along with their dedicated team, retaining substantial ownership in the organization. This partnership with Tambr is expected to enhance PPR’s growth strategies and establish a robust foundation for future expansion across the Pacific Northwest.
